Dunder Mifflin Paper Company is looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, responding to emails, and providing administrative support to the team.
Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to emails and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines
- Professional appearance and demeanor
