We are currently seeking an Assistant to the Assistant Regional Manager to provide administrative and operational support for our Regional Manager. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Regional Manager in daily tasks, including scheduling, filing, and document preparation
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal staff
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Assist with office management tasks such as order supplies, organize files, and maintain office systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
