Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
